This policy covers A Knitters World Marketing, an internal tool used only by A Knitters World, Bødkervej 2B, 9690 Fjerritslev, Denmark. The privacy policy for our webshop is here.
Google data the app accesses
The app signs in with A Knitters World's own Google account (aknittersworld@gmail.com) and asks for these permissions:
- Google Ads (adwords): to read our own ad account's results and search terms, and keyword search volumes from Keyword Planner.
- YouTube (youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly): to read views and subscribers for our own channel.
- Gmail (gmail.readonly): to find invoices and receipts in our own shop inbox for our bookkeeping.
- Basic profile (openid, email): to confirm which Google account is signed in.
How the data is used
The data is used only to show A Knitters World its own marketing results and to keep its own bookkeeping. The app only reads. It never creates, changes or deletes ads, videos or e-mails.
Sharing
Data from Google is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. Only A Knitters World can see it.
Storage and deletion
The app runs on Clever Cloud servers in the EU. It stores the sign-in token on the server, and keeps reports in memory for up to one hour. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored token then stops working. To have stored data deleted, write to aknittersworld@gmail.com.

A Knitters World Marketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
